Not only is Chelsea the love and joy that drives our company, but she is also the binding force in her family, a loving mother of two amazing teenage boys, and, above all, the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Chelsea brings over two decades of invaluable experience in managing business operations for a local agricultural company, where her leadership and management are cornerstones of their success. From managing successful businesses to creating a thriving home environment, Chelsea is now helping bring the best in home living to the Oceanside community by sharing her inspiration, tips, and wisdom.

Courtney: The Engine Behind CC Living

Born and raised in Devon, England, Courtney developed a love for football (soccer), community, and sausage rolls. A natural leader, he was often found speaking at church from a young age; however, his true passion was football, where he led his team as captain on the pitch.

At 13, he made the leap to Southern California, where he continued his football career up to the collegiate level. Eventually, he made his way to Oceanside, where he met the most stunning woman—me! Together, we built a loving, communicative family, something Courtney is incredibly proud of.

Courtney discovered real estate later in life as a way to help his family succeed. Not only did he excel, but it also opened doors to even more opportunities. He brings integrity, compassion, and dedication to CC Living.

A lifelong learner, Courtney is now pursuing a degree in psychology. With a natural talent for listening and a deep sense of compassion, he’s not only an exceptional realtor but also on the path to becoming a stellar counselor.
